Every May, Thyme For Herbs hosts a herb fair and herb plant sale. Members contribute plants from their gardens. A local nursery grows herb plants for us and one of our members travels east to two favorite greenhouses to purchase a collection of less common herbs. A couple of members grow scented geraniums for this event, and another member with a greenhouse brings special plants.
This is the place to be if you want something different than the usual basil and parsley! In addition to plants for sale, we often have an educational table, a children’s table, books on display and members are available to answer your herb-related questions, from growing to using them. Samples are often available.
